下腹すっきり、バストアップ、美脚の３拍子そろった
ゴールデンエクササイズです。
ご、ご、ごーるでん・・・
なんか、すごい効き目ありそうな響きです・・・・(^_^)v

１、仰向きに横になり、立て膝をします。
膝からスネのあたりでマクラをはさみます。
２、骨盤を丸めるようにぐーーーっと脚をマクラごと抱え込み、
マクラを手で受け取ります。
この動きが下腹を引き締めます、しっかり〜
３、腕はマクラを持ったまま、伸ばして頭上に、
脚は下ろして伸ばします。
４、腕を伸ばしたまま、
胸の上、鎖骨の下あたりに力を入れるイメージでマクラを持ち上げ、
足のほうに運びます。
ココ！ バストアップに大事な動きです。
同時に骨盤を丸めるように脚を抱え込み、
マクラを膝、脚ではさみこむように受け取ります。
５、腕は頭上に、脚はマクラをはさんだまま、床に下ろします。
バターンと下ろしてはいけません。
美脚と下腹引き締めのためには力を入れてそーっとね。
マクラが脚→腕→脚、の１ローテーションを１回として、
１０回くりかえしましょう。
うーん、マクラの大きさ、重さによって回数加減してくださいね。
